It’s a beautiful day, It’s a rather nice day.
Today I got the result of my package review. New salary. New title. New role.
I can’t get what I requested. But it’s what I expected.
Tonight classmate gathering, I refused. Don’t wanna join the section of sharing.

Performance, Salary. Actually there are no standard. In my standard, some friends worth for a lot more. At the same time, somebody is earning more than he should received. But everything just personal, my view, my bias.
Employee and employer always make different stand. The relationship, in my view, is talking about equilibrium. Consider my current status, I am trying to maintain the equilibrium. Or, with a better word, I am trying to obtain the equilibrium.
Anyway, thx for all my friends and my supervisor, Mike. For all valuable comments, both positive and negative.
Let’s wait for my new name card, though I am not very sure is it really a promotion.
