We rate each question from 1 to 5. (5 means outstanding and 3 means generally meet the requirement. Something like that.)
Just the passed Thursday, we got the 2006 Performance Appraisal Report, 1 page report with marks and comments. I heard those marks and comments from them already. But look at this exam result like paper, still got some special feeling.
They told me, “Jeffery, you rate yourself 4.57. This is the highest in the technical team in teams of the mark we give ourselves.”
Jeffery, “WoW”
“And, your colleagues give you 4.044. Within the technical team, this is the lowest.”
“. . . .”
“What do you think about that?”
“. . . .(is it better for me to ask that question?)”
It really interesting! I think it is because all my teammate perform so well. haha.
Another funny point is, the comments by supervisor.
Point 3: Committed and concentrated
Point 5: Need improvement on self-dicipline
umum…a little bit contradiction.
Anyway, I still happy to see the words “highly recommended by colleagues”. Thank you.
