a bit shock for me
although I know u r thinking about this
frankly, u know we have a few staff leaving in these few months, none of them I have talked to them and try to retain, but i think u have potential and of course i hope u can re-consider
if i were u i will do the same thing, and i understand here we have limitation for yr further development
but pls consider stay here for 6 more months, and hopefully either we have tech develpment that is good for your resume or we have good biz development that you would be a key man for that project
if there is nothing happen, then u consider to find something else, which is fair
but if there is some positive development, then u decide by that time
pls do really consider my suggestion
