Appraisal
Head, “我提意probation之後加Jeffery15%!”
Chairman, “ha?”
Chairman, “唔係呀碼?”
Head, “…”
Chairman, “我諗住加25%喎!”
Head, “!!”
Chairman, “無問題呀碼?”
Head, “你OK就緊係無問題喇!”

This is the story from my head during the appraisal. Normally my company will give increment of 10-15% after probation. So he was trying his best to help me fight for the highest “approvable” rate.
He said I already more than his expectation (set the expectation so low?).
But with one complaint, “As I said in the MSN, you are too emotion driven.”
“Some tasks, you take it and your performance (face) drop…blah blah blah…”
Jeffery, “Seems can’t change (easily)”
Head, “I think so…”
“So…”
Head, “You should hire your supporting designer quickly, and pass those job to him!!!”
“ha ha Ha HAHAHAHHAHAHHAA Sure”

Jeffery, “The company also pass my probation.”
Head, “Really?”
Jeffery, “Until this moment, maybe some constraints, but I see it is going to the same direction with mine. I like to stay here.”
Head, “That’s good.”
Jeffery, “Until the day we are not synchronize anymore. hahaaaa”
Head, “hahahah. Sure.”

“Are you ok with the offer?”
“Nobody complain about too much money. I am longing for another salary increment.”
“We will not underpay people.”
“I don’t mind to be overpay.”
