星 期 。 明 明 是 警 方 為 阻 嚇 網 民 流 傳 淫 照 的 行 動 ， 卻 又 妄 言
鍾 亦 天 另 涉 詐 騙 案 ， 因 兩 宗 不 相 干 案 件 遭 還 柙 ， 實 前 所 未
聞 。 這 是 執 法 的 虛 偽 。 警 務 處 長 鄧 竟 成 自 行 「 釋 法 」 ， 宣

一定要去！
我在粉嶺火車站乘坐52K（往坪輋）小巴，下車後依指示行，行行下見士多啤梨園的七人車，原來可以打電話叫他們到小巴站接的。
我只摘了兩磅，一回家就轉眼就給大家清了，早知摘多幾磅派街坊。
注意那裡有兩個士多啤梨園，我去的是入很多的那一個。

This is 1st desktop application I design. I wanna make it become the best tool in its field. I hope people will learn and finish their first scan job in 5 mins. I drafted it on Apr.
2 months later. People alerted us that what we designed is not working well for the target market. We revise it, during the phase of spec completetion. It is a fundamental changes on the software intention. Consider the case you designed a house but at the end people like a building. What will you do? Drop the house plan and think about the tall building from concept again, right? We haven’t do so. We are running business. Client and supporting team are longing for a new version to save the life. So we revise the orginal design, tune it, amend it to become the tall building that people asking for.
I learn lot of thing. Know how green I am. What process we not do it right.
Few months after that. I see the completed product.
Nothing is prefect. But no time to help. We have 2 weeks to test and fix it. The Leopard take a year to test.
I think it is my fault. At least 50% problem come from me.

It is the style I want.
In this year, I keep thinking about the working model I like, or make me comfortable. I found the current company doesn’t suit me. It is too big.
Many paper work (lucky I am the one who do that less in the team). We build software, but most of the time we are writing in Word? We are not reporter, we are not book writer.
The world keep changing. But we have to confirm everything at the “design phase” and move on to the “development phase”. Then wait few months to see is it really good as we thought, if not, plan and submit changes and wait for another months. I don’t like this.
I build software.
Not for the sales to easy selling.
Not to win the competitors in the feature check list.
Not (only) sit and wait for salary.
I am here to prepare something that make people life easier, happier.

I have 2 (contradict) wishes in my mind. I hope they can give:
A. Large increase – In return of my hard working. Proven my work and value here.
B. Nothing special or Small increase – Reinforce the decision to quit the job and work for my own project. (Should apply the HSBC platinum card and get the coupon before quit the job.)
Umum. What is Large increase? Umum. Historically, should be 13% or more. (Because my base salary is low.)
As I know, this company have very special tradition. “You get at least 6% increase, or, you are fired.”
