Leader of Leaders
高祖劉邦擊敗項羽而統一天下，就有人論及項羽失敗的原因是︰「項羽妒賢嫉能，有功者害之，賢者疑之，戰勝而不予人功，得地而不予人利，所以失天下。」
劉邦則不然，他如此說道︰「夫運籌帷幄之中，決勝千里之外，吾不如子房；鎮國家，撫百姓，給餽饟，不絕糧道，我不如蕭何；連百萬之軍，戰必勝，攻必取，吾不如韓信；此三者皆人傑也。吾能用之，此吾之所以取天下也。項羽有一范增而不能用，此其所以失天下也。」
I think this is talking about how to be a supervisor, be a leader. And also, how to be a good boy friend, for some 大男人 they not allow their girl friend has better performance than them.
We can’t be the best of the best, but learn to make use of the best.
